Returns Policy

🔄 Returns Policy — MAVIDA

Our return policy is valid for 14 days .
If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.


1. Return conditions

To be eligible for return, your item must:

  • to be unused ,

  • to be in the same state as when you received it,

  • be in its original packaging .


2. Non-returnable items

Certain types of products cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials or substances

  • Flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Certain health and personal care products

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
⚠️ Do not return your purchase directly to the manufacturer.


3. Partial refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Books showing obvious signs of use

  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes or vinyl records that have already been opened

  • Items that are not in their original condition, damaged or incomplete for a reason not attributable to MAVIDA

  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery


4. Refund Procedure

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will inform you by email:

  • of the successful receipt of the item,

  • of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved:

  • It will be processed as soon as possible.

  • The amount will be automatically credited to your bank card or your original payment method.


5. Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. First, check your bank account.

  2. Next, contact your bank card issuer (there may be a display delay).

  3. Finally, contact your bank (a processing time is often necessary).

6. Sale or promotional items

❌ Only items at the normal price can be refunded.
Sale or promotional items are neither refundable nor exchangeable .


7. Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items.
To request an exchange for the same product, please contact us at:

8. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you: you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item.
    Once the return is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to the buyer to be given as a gift later:
    The refund will be sent to the original buyer, who will therefore be informed of the return.


9. Shipping of returns

To return your product, send it to:

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable .

  • If you receive a refund, these fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.

  • Depending on your location, the time it takes to receive an exchange may vary.

  • For any item valued over €75, we recommend:

    • to use a tracking service ,

    • or to have the shipment insured .
      MAVIDA cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of sending.
