Our return policy is valid for 14 days .
If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
1. Return conditions
To be eligible for return, your item must:

CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes or vinyl records that have already been opened

4. Refund Procedure
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will inform you by email:

of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved:

It will be processed as soon as possible.

The amount will be automatically credited to your bank card or your original payment method.
5. Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received your refund:

First, check your bank account.

Next, contact your bank card issuer (there may be a display delay).

Finally, contact your bank (a processing time is often necessary).

6. Sale or promotional items
❌ Only items at the normal price can be refunded.
Sale or promotional items are neither refundable nor exchangeable .
7. Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged items.

8. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you: you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item.
Once the return is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you. -
If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to the buyer to be given as a gift later:
The refund will be sent to the original buyer, who will therefore be informed of the return.
