Est-ce difficile à mettre toute seule, tout seul ?
Non. La sangle se referme avec une bande auto-agrippante, d'un seul geste. Pas de boucle, pas de bouton, pas besoin d'aide. Vous pouvez la mettre assis(e), sur le bord d'une chaise.
Où dois-je la placer exactement ?
Environ 2 cm sous la rotule, sur le tendon. Un repère sur la sangle vous indique l'emplacement, vous n'avez pas besoin de miroir.
Est-ce qu'elle serre trop ? J'ai la peau sensible.
Non. Vous réglez vous-même la pression, aussi douce que vous le souhaitez. Le tissu est respirant et le coussinet en silicone est souple. Si vous sentez une gêne, relâchez simplement la bande.
Puis-je la porter toute la journée ?
